Description
Padenghe sul Garda, a semi-detached villa in the center, renovated in 2010 and finished with high-quality technology and finishes.

The main floor, which measures approximately 130 square meters in total, extends to the sleeping area, which includes three bedrooms: one master with ensuite bathroom, one double bedroom, and one single bedroom, plus a bathroom serving all the rooms. Directly connected to the main floor is the approximately 40 square meter basement, which features a bedroom, another bathroom, and another storage room.
Underfloor heating and air conditioning on the main floor, radiator heating in the basement, and low-emission double-glazed windows.
The terrace on the main floor offers direct access to the approximately 200 sq m private garden. Additional features include a garage and a private parking space.
Centrally located, a 5-minute walk from the town center, convenient for shopping, grocery shopping, or simply relaxing while enjoying the village festivals while remaining protected from the noise. The lake is about a 10-minute walk away.
Lake Garda
Lake Garda, or Benaco, is the largest Italian lake, with a surface area of approximately 370 km² (third in depth after Como and Maggiore). A hub between three regions: Lombardy (province of Brescia), Veneto (province of Verona), and Trentino-Alto Adige (province of Trento), it runs parallel to the Adige River, separated from it by the Monte Baldo massif. To the north, it is narrow and funnel-shaped, while to the south it widens, surrounded by moraine hills that soften the landscape. The lake is a major tourist destination, visited by millions of people each year. In Roman times, the lake was known as Benacus, and some worshipped it as the god Benacus, a personification of the lake itself, sometimes associated with the cult of the god Neptune. Today, it is better known as Lake Garda, a name documented since the Middle Ages and of Germanic origin, deriving from the town of the same name on the Veronese shore of the lake. This town, along with another famous lakeside town, Gardone Riviera, and other lesser-known ones, such as Gàrdola, are part of the Garda Lake.
