The villa is located in an elegant complex with a modern design and was built using the latest and most advanced Class A construction technologies.
Independent access with exclusive private parking on the ground floor and access to the entire property, which will be built according to a single project. The spacious living area, kitchen, and bathroom total approximately 160 square meters, all featuring large windows overlooking the large covered veranda of approximately 86 square meters and the private 42 square meter pool, surrounded by a solarium and private garden.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Possibility of creating a basement, not included in the listed price. Monuments and Places of Interest
Castle: On the western side of the village is the Moniga Castle, a very well-preserved late-Romanesque structure. The castle was never inhabited by a lord but served as a refuge for the Moniga people in times of danger. Having never been inhabited by a noble, it was never attacked, thus maintaining its original appearance. Church of San Martino: The parish church is dedicated to San Martino. It was formerly a chapel that depended on the parish of Manerba. On October 13, 1454, it was consecrated by Bishop Ermolao Barbaro and dedicated to the patron saint of soldiers, a cult introduced by the Franks. Church of Our Lady of the Snow: The church, dedicated to the miracle that occurred in Rome on the Esquiline Hill on August 5, 352, is Romanesque in style. It was built during the 16th century and is listed in the records of the pastoral visit of Bishop Gian Matteo Giberti in the second half of the 16th century. The origin of the name Moniga del Garda is uncertain. One hypothesis suggests it is linked to the Como-based Lomaniga (in the apheretic form), which derives from Lumena, to which the suffix “-ica” should be added.
