Exclusive courtyard of 15 sq m.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, double-glazed windows, independent heating, and a recently replaced boiler.
Possibility of extending the mezzanine and creating another bedroom with a second bathroom.
Missing parking space and garage; this can be compensated for by the following solutions:
If purchasing as a first home, you are entitled to free parking for two cars near the apartment; permits are issued by the municipality;
If purchasing as a second home, you can subscribe to the nearby multi-storey car park.
An excellent property, also suitable for renting as a vacation rental, given its extraordinary location.

Salò, monuments and places of interest:

Religious architecture: Salò Cathedral, dedicated to Santa Maria Annunziata, represents the most valuable architectural work, designed by Filippo delle Vacche in the late Gothic style, but never fully completed. Inside, it houses paintings by Romanino, Moretto, Zenone Veronese, and Paolo Veneziano. Antonio Vassilacchi, known as Aliense, painted several frescoes, while the high altar features an imposing gilded altarpiece containing ten wooden statues by Pietro Bussolo. The façade, still incomplete, was later embellished with a marble portal created by Tamagnino and Gasparo Cairano in 1509. The monumental cemetery, built on the opposite shore of the gulf, was designed by Rodolfo Vantini.

Civil Architecture: The Palazzo del Podestà, once the seat of the Council of the Magnifica Patria, now houses the Municipality. Part of the building was rebuilt after 1901, the year a devastating earthquake brought the city to its knees. The 15th-century Palazzo Fantoni housed the Athenaeum of Salò, a branch of the ancient Accademia degli Unanimi. The Civic Theater is currently undergoing renovation following a long period of neglect. The Palazzo Terzi-Martinengo in Barbarano was built by order of the Marquis Sforza Pallavicino, Captain of the Republic of Venice. It features a large park with stunning fountains. The palace is privately owned and therefore not open to visitors. The Lazzaretto di San Rocco, built following a resolution of the General Council dated June 7, 1484.

Natural Areas: The Municipality of Salò is the most densely populated and inhabited municipality in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. Mount San Bartolomeo, which overlooks the city, is crisscrossed by nature and landscape trails leading to its summit.
