The sleeping area comprises a single bedroom, bathroom, and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the garden via French doors.
An internal staircase leads from the living area to the basement, laundry/ironing room, and cellar.
A single garage with an electric overhead door and cellar are included in the price.

Lake Garda
Lake Garda, or Benaco, is the largest Italian lake, with a surface area of approximately 370 km² (third deep after Como and Maggiore). A hub between three regions: Lombardy (province of Brescia), Veneto (province of Verona), and Trentino-Alto Adige (province of Trento), it lies parallel to the Adige River, from which it is separated by the Monte Baldo massif. To the north, it is narrow and funnel-shaped, while to the south it widens, surrounded by moraine hills that soften the landscape. The lake is a major tourist destination, visited by millions of people each year. In Roman times, the lake was known as Benacus and was worshipped by some as the god Benacus, a personification of the lake itself, sometimes associated with the cult of the god Neptune.

Today it is better known as Lake Garda, a toponym documented since the Middle Ages and of Germanic origin, deriving from the town of the same name on the Veronese shore of the lake. This town, along with another famous lakeside town, Gardone Riviera, and other lesser-known ones, such as Gàrdola, Gardoncino, Gardoni, Guàrdola, and Le Garde, testifies to the Germanic presence from the 6th to the 8th centuries, particularly the Lombards. The toponym Garda, by which the lake is referred to in some 8th-century documents, is the evolution of the Germanic word warda, meaning “guard post” or “observation post.” The lake’s classical toponym, Benācus lacus (Benaco), is almost certainly of Celtic origin, thus predating Roman rule, and is thought to derive from bennacus, comparable to the Irish bennach, meaning “horned,” meaning “with many promontories.” The translation “horned” has also been interpreted as referring to the Sirmione peninsula. The Latin name for Benaco is attested as Benācus.
